Terms of Service

Sequence7 provides a cloud-based analytics platform specifically designed for aviation aftermarket teams, including MROs and distributors. Our services include:

• Real-time dashboards and data visualization
• ERP integration and data synchronization
• Sales, repairs, logistics, and finance analytics
• AI-powered insights and reporting
• Integration capabilities with third-party systems

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services
• Not use the services to store or transmit malicious code
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

For paid subscriptions:

• Pricing: Current pricing is $79 per user per month, with 10% savings when billed annually.
• Payment: Payments are due in advance and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Price Changes: We will provide 30 days notice of any price increases.
• Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes, which will be added where required.

For enterprise agreements, custom terms may apply as specified in your service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Sequence7 provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for data loss; you are responsible for maintaining backups.

Either party may terminate the agreement:

• By User: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• By Sequence7: We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, with notice where practicable.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After this period, data may be deleted.

• The Sequence7 platform, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Sequence7 LLC.
• You retain ownership of your data entered into the platform.
• You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the services.
• The Sequence7 name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without permission.

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Jurisdiction: Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
• Arbitration: For enterprise customers, disputes may be resolved through arbitration under DIFC-LCIA rules.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
