A one-time setup fee of $5,000 applies to all plans. This covers platform configuration, data sync, user setup, and training. For complex ETL or large historical data loads, we’ll assess scope and provide a custom setup quote.

What happens if we go over our support hours?
We’ll let you know in advance if you’re approaching your monthly limit. Light overages are usually fine. For anything beyond that, we’ll propose extra support hours or a scoped mini-project—no surprises.
Nope. Our team handles the integration. We work with your existing ERP (Quantum, Pentagon, or custom), spreadsheets, and internal systems. If you have a data team, we’ll collaborate—if not, we take care of it.
Yes. Your monthly support hours can be used to tweak metrics, views, filters, or modules. If you need something outside the scope (e.g. new workflows, custom logic), we’ll scope it out and quote it clearly.
Absolutely. You can scale your plan up or down as your team changes. Pricing adjusts at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes—when billed annually, you get 10% off. You’ll still receive support, updates, and
platform improvements just like monthly users.
